Pastor Tiffany Jones
Pastor Tiffany Phipps-Jones is a passionate worship leader, minister, and devoted mother whose life has been marked by a deep commitment to glorifying God through music and ministry. She began singing at the age of five and has since used her voice to inspire and uplift audiences across various platforms. Her journey of faith began at sixteen, leading to her ordination as a minister in 2014 after attending Ministry School at Sons of Thunder. In 2023, Pastor Tiffany was ordained as a pastor, and in 2024, she was appointed to lead The Assembly of the Saints of God Ministry. She officially began her pastoral leadership in 2025, bringing a fresh wave of spiritual guidance, heartfelt worship, and transformative teaching to the congregation. Known for her powerful voice and compassionate spirit, Pastor Tiffany continues to serve faithfully—preaching the gospel, mentoring believers, and creating space for lives to be changed through the presence of God.
Apostle Dr. Janice Harris
Apostle Dr. Janice M. Harris is a visionary leader, teacher, and evangelist whose life is devoted to transforming communities through the power and truth of Jesus Christ. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she now serves as one of the overseers of The Assembly of the Saints of God Ministry in Houston, Texas, where she has faithfully ministered since 2008. Her roles include Prophetess, Evangelist, Executive Director, and Treasurer, and she is affectionately known as a “Mother to the Nations” for her global outreach and mentorship. Dr. Harris leads with compassion and conviction—teaching Bible classes, training ministers, counseling families, and organizing empowerment groups for both men and women. She oversees church operations, finances, and outreach programs that serve seniors, the homeless, orphans, and youth. Her leadership also extends to Royal Priesthood International Ministries, where she serves as President and Board Director, supporting international missions and church development. Academically, Dr. Harris holds multiple degrees including a Doctorate in Divinity from Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary and a Master of Education Administration from Prairie View A&M. She is also a Certified Christian Counselor and a licensed and ordained minister. Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Harris is a devoted wife to Senior Pastor Dr. Carl M. Harris and a proud mother of three. Her heart for service, love for worship, and commitment to spiritual growth continue to inspire lives across generations.

Apostle Dr. Carl Harris
Apostle Dr. Carl Harris is an apostolic leader, teacher, and mentor whose ministry spans over three decades. As an overseer at The Assembly of the Saints of God Ministry in Houston, Texas, he plays a vital role in preaching, teaching, and guiding the spiritual development of the congregation. His service includes leading Bible studies, training ministers for ordination, and overseeing outreach efforts that support seniors, the homeless, and youth across the city and beyond. Dr. Harris also serves as Director of Royal Priesthood International Ministries, where he supports global missions, church planting, and leadership development. His ministry journey includes roles as Associate Minister, Youth Pastor, and Pastoral Intern across churches in California and Texas. He is known for his heart for mentorship, his commitment to truth, and his ability to counsel and empower both individuals and church leaders. A U.S. Air Force veteran and lifelong educator, Dr. Harris holds a Doctor of Divinity and a Master’s in Theology from Kingdom Builders Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is married to Apostle Dr. Janice M. Harris, and together they continue to impact lives through faith, service, and a shared vision to see radical transformation through the power of Jesus Christ.
